Program Overview

Upon completing the Certificate in Cyber Crime, students will be able to analyze cyber deviance and cybercrime activities from both sociological and criminological perspectives. The courses students take as part of this certificate will prepare them to assess the role of law enforcement in cyber privacy and the investigation, prosecution, and prevention of cyber crime worldwide. The certificate consists of 18 credit hours, with 15 of these being required courses, in addition to a 3-hour elective.
