ART 5225 - Methods and Content through Painting (3 Credit Hours)
Students create a portfolio of work examining the formal, conceptual, critical, and technical aspects of of painting. With emphasis on critical and artistic growth, students understand the contemporary and historical relevance of painting. Through a variety of critique methods and analysis of relevant works of criticism, students imbue their personal artistic pursuit with content gained from the knowledge of the medium through time.
