SPED 4009 - Family and Community Engagement for Exceptional Children (3 Credit Hours)
This course focuses on family and community engagement to meet the needs of exceptional children. Content will be from a variety of literatures in education with focuses on early literacy, family involvement, access to books and expanded learning, as well as mentoring partnerships. A field experience with P-12 students is required in the course.
