KNHS 3320 - Fitness Assessment & Ex. Pres
This course is an introduction to basic principles of fitness and wellness. The measurement prescription and evaluation of health-related factors of physical fitness are critical elements. Practical experience in fitness and wellness programming will be an integral part of this course. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 2111, BIOL 2112 with a grade of C or better.
