KNHS 3313 - Teach & Assessing Phy Fitness



The purpose of this course is to develop skills and knowledge related to teaching and assessing physical fitness in the K-12 public school setting. Additionally, this course is designed to provide the student with knowledge specific to the areas of healthrelated physical fitness testing and exercise prescription.
