MLIR 3320 - Clinical Services Delivery
Prerequisite: BS program enrollment. Provides an overview of management theory, management of human and financial resources, operations, and communication skills using the managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Includes application of principles of administration, personnel management, design, equipment purchasing, information systems and concepts of quality management.
