Certification Requirements:
- SPED 4002 - Instructional Strategies for Teaching Students with Disabilities in General Education Settings: 3
- Completion of State Certification Exam (GACE II).
- Certification Exam scores will be used to determine any additional prerequisites.
Prerequisites
Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field that included the following courses: Anatomy and Physiology I and II; Motor Behavior/Learning; Exercise Physiology; Structural Kinesiology or Biomechanics. Program Requirements:
If the State Certification Exam is passed, content is deemed to be satisfactory. State Certification Exam (GACE II) must be passed prior to student teaching. Total Hours for the Degree: 39
