SOSC 4960 - Social Science Undergraduate Internship (0 to 12 Credit Hours) An internship is a form of experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional setting under the supervision of the university and the cooperating institution or agency. Prerequisite(s): SOSC 3001 and permission of instructor. Must also be a junior or senior in good standing with the university. Specific agencies may employ their own screening and selection criteria in addition to those listed above. Completion of this course is dependent upon acceptance by the cooperating institution/agency.
