MEDI 5236 - Module 3: Central Nervous System (5 Credit Hours) The phase two curriculum follows an integrated approach to the teaching of cellular and systems disease states. The Central Nervous System Module continues the systematic approach to systems begun in MEDI 5220 (Module 2) and transitions into the central nervous system. As such, this module builds upon the basic principles and factual knowledge about the development and manifestations of human disease covered so far. Clinical lectures and basic science lectures have been coordinated to highlight the relationships between the scientific basis of disease and the practice of clinical medicine.
