BUSA 5000 - Analytical Tools for Executive Decision Making (5 Credit Hours) This course introduces a number of quantitative models and tools that are commonly used for managerial decision making. The emphasis of this course is on the applications of these quantitative models and tools to business problems arising in diverse industries and functional areas including operations, finance, and marketing. The course will introduce subject matter in macro and micro-economic theory, finance, accounting information, and statistical inference as it relates to executive level decision making.
