EDLR 6991 - Practices in Teacher Leadership II (2 Credit Hours) This course is the second residency in which teacher leaders synthesize and apply the knowledge, skills, and practices identified in Teacher Leadership standards. The course requires advanced field-based coaching and mentoring experiences. Candidates guide and support school improvement plans to improve academic achievement for all students. The course requires knowlege, skills, and dispositions for facilitating collaboration and leading specific components of school improvement plans. Field hours must be completed in multiple settings: P-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Candidates continue to work on Individualized Growth Plan. An e-portfolio is presented at the conclusion of the residency.
