SOWK 4421 - Gerontology (3 Credit Hours) Examines the interaction between the social, physical, psychological, and programmatic aspects of aging. Emphasis is on programs, services, interactive techniques, legislation, and advocacy efforts which address the needs and concerns of older Americans, their family members, and service providers.
