BRTC 7320 - Information Technology and Clinical Services Delivery in Biomedical Technologies
Provides an overview of management theory, management of human and financial resources, operations, and communication skills using the managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Includes application of principles of administration, personnel management, design, equipment purchasing, information systems and concepts of quality management. The students will be expected to perfomr critical evaluations of clinical cases and/or scientific papers and additional advanced practice competencies in related content area.
Course Prerequisite: MHS program enrollment.
