Program Overview
This certificate program is designed for nurses who currently hold an APRN certification and who would like to expand their scope to provide psychiatric and mental healthcare to clients, families and communities. Upon graduation, the students are eligible to take the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification exam offered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This is an embedded or stand alone certificate.
