CHEM 4620 - Principles of Medicinal Chemistry (3 Credit Hours)A study of the chemical interactions of the major drug classes, including those derived from natural products, with the drug targets. Drug uptake, distribution, metabolism and toxicity for the major drug classes is also studied.
