ANAT 5005 - Clinical Anatomy and Teaching Skills (4 to 8 Credit Hours)Students will: 1) review and expand anatomical knowledge relevant to a chosen field through dissection and independent study; 2) confidently teach regional gross anatomy; 3) explain the anatomical basis of common clinical findings and clinical practice; 4) implement sound pedagogical practices when teaching trainees and communicating with colleagues, including: content expertise, organization, non-verbal communication, providing feedback, and fostering active learning; and 5) model professionalism by working together as a team.
