MINF 3625 - Project Management
Project management is the use of a standardized set of documented processes to control projects in an organization. This course addresses the life cycle of a project, the management of the project, how a project scope is written, how the time management is constructed and communicated. Prerequisite(s): MINF 2201 or CSCI 1301.
