This seminar-style course uses intermediate-level microeconomic theory to examine taxation and public expenditure and analyzes global public policy (e.g., climate change, communicable diseases, and transnational terrorism). Prerequisite(s): Completion of 45 semester hours; ECON 3106 with a minimum grade of C.
