POLS 4601 - Constitutional Law: Civil Liberties
A study of the constitutional protection of civil liberties in the U.S., emphasizing freedom of expression, religious freedom, and the nationalization of the Bill of Rights. May be taken for graduate credit within the prescribed limits and with the chair’s approval. Prerequisite(s): POLS 1101, grade of C or better.
