POLS 4501 - Constitutional Law: Distribution of Power
The role of the Supreme Court as arbiter of separation of powers and federalism, as well as the interplay of political, social, and economic forces. May be taken for graduate credit within the prescribed limits and with the chair’s approval. Prerequisite(s): POLS 1101, grade of C or better.
