Program Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity Engineering moves beyond the disciplinary boundaries approach of computer engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, and software engineering. The program aligns with the proposed 2018-2019 ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission Program criteria for cybersecurity engineering and the Joint Task Force on Cybersecurity Education curriculum guidelines. With the development of this degree program, Augusta University is eligible to be designated as a National Security Agency (NSA) Centers of Excellence in Cyber Operations (CAE-Cyber Operations).

Progression and Graduation Requirements
- A Grade of C or better is required for all Field of Study and Major Courses.
- Students must take PHIL 2030 and pass with a grade of C or better.
- Students must take ECON 1810 , ECON 2105 , or ECON 2106 and pass with a grade of C or better.
