Program Overview
The student and the student’s advisor should plan the minor around a theme appropriate to the student’s educational goals. The minor is not designed to serve as a spot for placing courses which have been completed, but which do not meet another requirement. The advisor and the department chair for the student’s major must approve the courses used for the minor, and the chair must sign the application for graduation as chair of the minor.
