Surveys show that employers want to hire graduates with excellent communication skills. The Communication minor is an excellent way to develop strong skills that will complement any major areas of study.
Courses taken to satisfy Core Areas A through E may not be counted as coursework in the minor.

Lower Division Courses: 6 Hours
Select two of the following courses:
Upper Division Courses: 12 Hours
Select four 3000‑or 4000‑level COMM courses.
Total Hours for the Minor: 18
(Grade of C or better is required for all work in the minor)
