The fifteen-credit-hour Humanities minor is designed for students who wish to study art, literature, music, and related fieldsbeyond the two required World Humanities courses. It allows students to explore arts and culture from an interdisciplinary
perspective. Ideally, a student who plans to minor in Humanities should complete an application for the minor during the semester
in which the student is enrolled in World Humanities II (HUMN 2002). The form is available on the Humanities Program
website. The student will then select courses in consultation with a Humanities advisor.
