STAT 9220 - Advanced Statistical Inference (3 Credit Hours)This course provides an advanced and in-depth view of statistical inference. Topics in estimation include unbiased estimation and variance bounds, curved exponential families, large sample theory for estimation, estimating equations and maximum likelihood estimation, Bayesian estimation; and topics in hypothesis testing include invariance, minimax principle, large sample theory and optimality, multiple testing and simultaneous inference.
