RCAR 5002 - Interventional Cardiology (12 Credit Hours) This program provides comprehensive subspecialty training to physicians who have completed both a residency and fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease. The focus of our program is training, as follows, to include formal instruction, weekly lectures, clinical experience and competence in prevention, evaluation and management of both inpatients and outpatients with disorders including but not limited to chronic ischemic heart disease, acute ischemic syndrome, valvular and structural heart disease, and bleeding disorders or complications associated with percutaneous intervention of drugs.
