FDNS 6500 - Special Topics in Nutrition and Foods (1 Credit Hour) This course is a one-hour seminar that is repeated each semester that will provide students with in-depth study of selected topics of current interest in nutrition and dietetics. Students will hear from nutrition experts as well as make presentations on topics of interest.
