CHEM 2410 - Chemistry of Organic and Biomolecules (4 Credit Hours) A systematic examination of the properties and reactions of the major classes of organic compounds and their relevance to the metabolic roles of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. Modern spectroscopic methods of structure determination will be included.
