PSYC 2101 - Introduction to Psychology of Adjustment (3 Credit Hours) An examination of applied psychological theory and research as related to self exploration, enhancement of mental health and well being, and prevention of behavioral and mental disorders. Topics will include values development, conflict resolution, lifestyle management, anxiety and stress, and effective interpersonal communication.
