ART 5234 - Contemporary Photographic Practices (3 Credit Hours)
Photography plays a role in almost every aspect of modern life. Students explore through technical, aesthetic, conceptual, and critical engagement, the medium of photography as a creative art form. Topics covered in this course will include mastery of using a camera, darkroom and digital printing, industry standard software, and the use of digital photography equipment. Students also evaluate historical and critical texts related to the photographic process.
