NURS 8343 - PMHNP Practice I: for Post Graduate Certificate
This course provides opportunities to apply knowledge and skills gained in NURS 7348 in clinical practice. Students assess individuals and diagnose mental and substance use disorders acorss the lifespan. Students select, implement and evaluate evidence-based educational and psychotherapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and olders adults with selected disorders. Students participatein individual and peer supervision sessions.
