POLS 4401 - Government Org. & Admin
A systematic analysis of major theories of organization, management, and administration in the Public Sector. Emphasis will be placed on the formal scientific management school and the less formal Human Relations approach. Organization processes, environments, and effectiveness will be analyzed. May be taken for graduate credit within the prescribed limits and with the chair’s approval. Prerequisite(s): POLS 1101, grade of C or better.
