Principles of generation and conduction of nerve impulse are thoroughly discovered. Then by integrating the neuroanatomy and neurophysiology information, the neurological basis of normal movements are discussed. Motor control theories, concepts of motor learning, and associated intervention plans are fully covered. The development and maintenance of postural control, muscle tone and reflexes in relation to normal and pathological neural functions and dysfunction are presented.
