COMM 4960 - Professional Internship
This course provides additional preprofessional training in a professional workplace and the chance to apply formal education to a real-world experience. Students will apply skills and concepts, clarify career goals, and benefit from professional networking. In addition to the course prerequisites listed for this course, students applying for Professional Internship should have a 3.25 GPA, 90+ credit hours, and permission of the instructor. This course, if taken as a substitute for COMM 4970, must total 6 hours; if taken as an elective, this course must be placed in Free Electives.
