GMED 5075 - Critical Care and Pulmonary Medicine

Prerequisite: MED 5000 The practice consists of patients admitted to the Burn Unit, admission of unassigned medical and critically ill patients from the emergency room, inpatient consultation to MICU and SICU, and management of critically ill patients accepted in transfer from outlying hospitals. All types of acute medical problems are seen in this practice environment. There is an extensive reference list and journal library as well as a textbook library.
