NURS 4632 - Professionalism and Leadership in Nursing
This course focuses on the principles of leadership, professionalism, and career development. Through an exploration of personal and professional values, the student will determine his/her career trajectory. Emphasis will also be placed on development of communication and behavioral skills and will facilitate a professional concept of self.
