MKTG 4720 - Services Marketing



The service sector makes up more than two-thirds of the U.S. economy, and includes many industries important to the Augusta area such as healthcare, banking, tourism/hospitality, and insurance. This course emphasizes the differences in products and services and explores successful strategies for marketing in service industries. Prerequisite(s): MKTG 3700 with a minimum grade of C.
